Refund Policy

For all other products, if the item is delivered exactly as described in the listing, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. This includes — but is not limited to — change of mind, not liking the account's age, karma, creation date, or any other characteristic that was clearly stated at the time of purchase. We describe precisely what you are buying, so please review each listing carefully before completing your order.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Non-Refundable Items
As we sell digital products, the following are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Reddit accounts (no refund, no replacement — final sale)

- Any product delivered as described in its listing
Limited Replacement (Non-Reddit Products Only)
If a non-Reddit account is dead on arrival (immediately non-functional or banned at the time of delivery, and not matching the description), we may at our sole discretion send a replacement. If no replacement is available, we may issue a refund. This does not apply to Reddit accounts, and does not apply where the product was delivered as described. Proof of the issue and proof of purchase are required.

- Buying the wrong product by mistake
- Any issue arising from your own use, automation, or violation of a platform's terms after delivery
